Who are we

Aviaire Limited is a Limited Company registered at Newlands, Sion Hill, Bath BA1 2UW.

We operate as a Data Controller for the information you provide to us.

 

Taking your Data Protection seriously

We have reviewed and updated our responsibilities and procedures with respect to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016 / 679 (GDPR) and have updated this Privacy Notice accordingly.

 

Information We Collect

Some information that we may collect from you is linked to non-personal identifiers such as anonymous User IDs or device IDs and does not enable you to be identified as an individual in the offline world (“Non-Personal Information”).

Such Non-Personal Information includes things like your browser type, the type of device you are using, access times, the features or functionality you selected whilst using the Aviaire website and your general geographic location.

Where necessary, we also collect information from you that does enable you to be identified as an individual, for example such as your name and address, email address, and payment details (“Personal Information”).

In order to minimise the impact on your privacy, we will never knowingly collect more Personal Data than is strictly necessary. Information will be provided voluntarily by you e.g. when you register for information, make a purchase or when you communicate with us by any means, whether by phone, email, letter, face to face or via our website.

We collect personal data required to fulfil our services to you in as detailed in your instruction to us. Example of the data we are required to collect: name, address, contact details.

On occasion we include links to third parties on our website or in correspondence to you. Where we provide a link, it does not mean that we endorse or approve that site’s policy towards visitor privacy. You should review their privacy policy before you send them any personal data.

 

Automated decision making

We do not undertake any automated decision making using your data, nor do we use your data for profiling or any other investigative purposes.

We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that we follow good industry practice and that adequate technical and organisational measures are in place to protect the security of your data. No personal data is stored in locations other than in the EEA.

By providing your personal data to us, you agree to this storing process. We will only store your personal data for as long as necessary. If there is no need to hold your data then your personal information will be erased accordingly.

You are entitled to ask about the data that is held about you.
